The Greater Goulds Optimist Club was founded in June of 1994. And we are a member organization of Optimist International.  

The mission of the Greater Goulds Optimist Club is to teach our youth positive moral and social values that will help them achieve success in their lives.  We serve youth, ages four to twenty, residing in Goulds and other surrounding areas.

The Greater Goulds Optimist Club offers year round programs consisting of After School Tutoring/Homework Assistance, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Cheerleading.   And a Summer Day Camp in partnership with Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation Department/Goulds Park.

We have been a member of the Greater Miami Pop Warner Football/Cheerleading League since July 1995.

Our program site is located on Goulds Park – 21805 SW 114 Avenue in Goulds, Florida, Miami-Dade County.

Our Administrative Office is located at 11025 SW 223 Street, Goulds, Florida.
